Excellent ride to downtown New York

Took the service of Blacklane from JFK to Intercontinemtal New York. The driver assigned to me was Salak. He came on time, courthouse yet friendly. The SUV was kept clean. Had a good drive and it was a breeze. This is the best option for any travelers who needs a car service in New York. Keep it up, Salak. Keep it up, Blacklane

Fraud, false and misleading.

They said Mercedes V-Class or similar. I paid a high premium to get this premium vehicle (expecting a Toyota Alphard or Mercedes Benz V-Class van), but the pickup vehicle was an old dilapidated and dirty Hyundai van which I could have rented directly for 1/3 the price.

Very misleading and poor customer service

Beware! This app will make you believe that you are booking a premium vehicle and will be charged accordingly. When you book they will have a picture of a mercedes and will have a caption underneath “Mercedes V class or similar” but when you are picked up a Hyundai starex family van will arrive instead. We wrote to the customer service and complained and they insisted that the Hyundai and the Mercedes are the same and that’s just how they do do business. We could have easily booked a Hyundai starex for a third of the price of the black lane booking but because our clients needs we opted to pay premium for a premium Transport service. Not only was our client disappointed but we also looked badly with our business partner. International pricing for third world services. We definitely did not get what we paid for.
