스트레스 받을 때 안정감을 느낄 수 있습니다. 가이드 사운드에 따라서 심호흡을 하고 나면 마음이 한결 편안해지는 느낌이네요. 잠들기 전에 릴렉싱하는 데에도 효과가 있습니다. 애플워치용으로도 지원이 되었으면 합니다.
