I have had this app for about 4 years now, it was recommended by my therapist and i must say its great. Very simple to use and set up and i found sticking to 5 minutes a day of meditation has helped me to no end in coping with stress.
Waste of money
I can’t believe I paid €3.99 for this. It’s pretty, but it’s not even centred on my screen. It is worth 99c and no more. I thought there would be much more to it.
Great app
This app has everything you need for meditation. If you want guided meditation look in, however, if you want don’t need it and are looking for a free app with a timer and audio queues then this is the app for you.
Lowers my blood pressure
I have high blood pressure. Twenty minutes of slow meditative breathing with this app reduces my BP 10 to 20 points.

I’ve tried all the top breathing apps (including Apple’s app).
This app beats all of them. And it’s FREE!
You can choose how many breaths per minute you want (ex: 6 breaths), set time and it’s done.
It even works on the Apple Watch.
My experience:
I’ve been using this app for the last few months. And this app along with the “365 method” changed my life.
(Practice 3X a day, 6 breaths a minute for 5 mins)

Great App!
This app is very helpful with my breathing exercises. You can choose colors, make or female voice sounds or silence. It also keeps track of how much time I’ve spent on the exercise.
Tired just trying to get it to work
Getting sick and tired of having to restart my phone every other time I want a simple app to “ding.” No other issues with any of the other apps on my phone.
