Great breathing app

I like this app. I use it infrequently though. I like how can change color scenes and sounds of the in/out guidance. The only downside would be that I can't set up reminders which would be very usefull for habitual practice. 😇

Helpful but hard to use since redesign

Guide images are no longer centred on iPhone 4S. Since the redesign, setting breathing rates using the increment and decrement buttons is extremely slow and annoying. These were a lot more usable as sliders. Sure it looks kind of pretty, but that shouldn't come before usability. Old review, which is still relevant. I'm generally very anxious and am prone to panic attacks. This app has helped me to regulate my breathing at times when I'm feeling on edge. Would really love to be able to set default breathing rates as I find 6 bpm relaxes me more than 8.

I have tried a few other breathing apps, but this one is totally the best. It is the only one that can monitor your own breathing rate. It was very easy to use the first time and the graphics are beautiful. I really liked the music options - totally zen and soothing! Highly recommended.
