Carla Car Hire - Rental Cars

Booked a car rental through carla app for pickup at brussels airport europcar for pickup 14 Jul 2024. Went there at the time of pickup, but they said the reservation no that carla gave me is not active or invalid. They showed me their screen/monitor to prove it. Tried to call carla, but apparently there is NO NUMBER that can be contacted. Tried to email them TWICE on 14 Jul, but to this date 20 Jul, THERE HAS BEEN NO REPLY WHATSOEVER! Interestingly, I have been receiving email from carla for “Have you picked up your car?” (To which I have replied that I could NOT pick up the car cos their reservation no is invalid), all other junk email. Stay way from this app!!

It’s a scam, i use this app to book a car but the rental company said there was no reservation has been made. Apple please delete this app ASAP!

I made reservation using this app just to found out that my reservation was not there and we have to waste time taking care this matter and requesting a refund with hope that the company is legal. I was wondering does apple store check the legality of the company that selling application?

Beginning of this year I rented a car to go to South Dakota. I canceled a car but was trying different options for pricing. Each time I went thru affirm to get a loan to help me pay off said cars. I didn't cancel one of the cars which I wasn't to much worried about bci hadn't canceled. How ever I'm stuck with a $617 debt and nothing off my record after I've reported this not being canceled on Carla's side. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

if i could give zero i would. it’s a scam. don’t bother using this third party app. i honestly don’t know how it has 4.6 stars. i got scammed $55.70.

Everything is great except when you run into a problem. I was “passed off” to a higher up by the customer service 3 months ago and still no response. If you have an issue nobody will help or even talk to you. Scam. My “carla cash” is also missing despite it supposedly lasting 18 months. I would do any other service before this one.
