Warning about this program that takes money based on subscription. I will file a case in court over these actions. You cannot remove the Visa card from payment. Please be careful.

Not recommended. Tried to book a car through this app on 6 Nov 2022 for Hertz@Schiphol Airport. I was charged EUR127.47 for the pre-booking. On the car pick up day, Carla failed to book my reservation and didn’t give any notice before time, so I was stranded at the airport for hours. They promised for pre-booking refund and I haven’t received it even after 2 weeks. Contacted the customer service and was ignored. Gonna submit a chargeback to the bank soon. Dishonest company.

Beginning of this year I rented a car to go to South Dakota. I canceled a car but was trying different options for pricing. Each time I went thru affirm to get a loan to help me pay off said cars. I didn't cancel one of the cars which I wasn't to much worried about bci hadn't canceled. How ever I'm stuck with a $617 debt and nothing off my record after I've reported this not being canceled on Carla's side. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

if i could give zero i would. it’s a scam. don’t bother using this third party app. i honestly don’t know how it has 4.6 stars. i got scammed $55.70.

Everything is great except when you run into a problem. I was “passed off” to a higher up by the customer service 3 months ago and still no response. If you have an issue nobody will help or even talk to you. Scam. My “carla cash” is also missing despite it supposedly lasting 18 months. I would do any other service before this one.

highway robbery. won’t give you a refund at all and offers carla cash instead. carla charges you and not the place you rent from. shouldn’t be on the app store at all for robbing people.

Reserved a car and Hertz wouldn’t rent me a car and Carla won’t refund my money. Said they would give me a 60$ credit toward a rental which I can’t use and they owe me 140$
