شركة سيئة

الشركة جدًا سيئة وغير موجودة بالمطار، والتأمين مو مباشر حيكون مطالبة يعني تكعها عند المورد لو سويت حادث وبعدين تطالبهم، مايتجاوبوا مع اي حالات طارئة ويقولوا تقدر تكنسل بنفس وقت الحجز وتعدل خلال اسبوع وكل هذا كذب..

نصابين

تطبيق نصاب بيسحب بيانات البطاقه ويسحب منها كل شهر مبلغ ولما حجزت السياره تم الغاء حجزي بعد كم ساعه ومارجع المبلغ الا بعد ماكلمت البنك ووقف العمليه وسحبوا مني الشهر الي بعده بدون ما استخدم التطبيق

Do not reserve through it!!

My experience with them is extremely bad! They don’t answer my requests, and when they reply that just write whatever they want which has nothing to my issue. They have a bad system which is not compatible with the car rental companies.

تطبيق معقد والخريطة ليس لها داعي كان يجب عرض السيارات و انواعها و السعر مرتبه و الزبون يختار السياره التي يريد مثل باقي التطبيقات

دفعت بعد الحجز ولم يطهر لي موقع الاستلام ولا إيميل التأكيد بالحجز ، تواصلت مع الدعم للتطبيق ولا يوجد تجاوب مع العلم بان لدي ( حالة وفاة ) ولا يوجد رد جاد لهذا الحجز احذرو

This is the 2nd booking through Carla with very bad experience After completing the booking I received another deduction as road assistance fee without any request from my side Contacted the customer service with very bad response and very bad results

تطبيق لا فيه رقم تواصل وماهو واضح وامريكي وسحبو مني فلوس وفي الاخير قالو نعوضك ان شاء الله،، وانا انتظرهم
