Extremly poor service.
This is a friendly warning to not use this app. I have booked with them a car with winter tires, they confirmed and guaranteed I will get them, but when I got to the car rental office they showed me they have never confirmed this with Carla, making me to pay 20€/day additional for the winter tires.
Do yourself a favor and book direclty from the car rental company and not use this mediocre app. The discounts they are promoting are a big lie as well. Such a poor service, I just wander how they still survive.
Easy to use but incomplete and deceiving
-no real discount with promo code (IOS11);
-hidden costs - price increases at the final extras;
-no way to see the excess value before making the reservation;
Not user friendly
Poor usability - the autocomplete search is bad, prices are high, the end date starts before the begin date, etc
