CARLA was taking $19 from me on a subscription plan I never subscribed to. They did not refund me for a booking that THEY cancelled. They do not provide any payment history and there is no option to cancel or delete your account. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. ITS ONE OF THE MOST DISHONEST CAR RENTAL COMPANIES IVE SEEN.
