I visited FAB, Yas Mall Branch, Abu Dhabi many times and found the staff very cooperative, kind and professionally sound especially Mona, Ali Alghaithi, AM Aysha and Harees (Ofc Boy).

Online transactions not receiving 😡
Vesy cheep and very poor service for transfer my money to any another account They show that your Amount is transfer successfully But still 5 to 6 days passed but still not receiving Whenever i call on customer service they said We are working on it sir , we will contact you soon , But no response

I don’t think the developer is working on the FAB App. Fix it man I want to use the app but your app is undermentenence for the 1 month.

Id scan is not possible even on iphone 12 pro max. Can’t open an account

App was working perfectly till the end of last year. However since 3-4 January there is an error and unable to use app on my I Phone. Had calls on daily basis to the bank however still the issue is not resolved.
