Fantastic app…have been using it over the years. Had taken a break few months back but now I am unable to resubscribe to the plus subscription.
The all rounder!
So easy to use and beautiful to look at. I am using Craft for more than a year now and it is staple in my work and personal life. I use it for managing project notes, sharing tasks with team, managing assets libraries for clients, building and public sharing project wikis/help guides, my personal portfolio website, file storage for important ID cards/contract documents/medical records, and more… I have connected my domain with Craft and all shared documents are now in my brand. Highly recommend!
What did you achieve by removing the Today tab?
Such an annoying user interface update :(
You destroyed the app with new release
You destroyed my favourite not taking app with the latest release. Can’t use folder and note navigation structure. Can’t use manual sort. Put those features back otherwise most users will be frustrated and find something else
This pretty much sums it up:
While you can’t style docs like in Canva, and can’t format docs like in Word, it feels unique! I feel it’s not designed to be that professional document app that draws people into MS Word or Google Docs, but is rather designed to be a sort of (in some sense glorified) knowledge hub that you can build alone or using collaboration. But of course there are many cool features like gradient text, cards (for the “fresh” take on docs), equations, etc. In summary, I think that Craft was not designed for the app to write your professional papers or books in, but a place where you can keep, and update information, whether alone or with collaboration. Whether that’s what you want is a different story, but this is how the app is in my opinion. What I really miss (but probably doesn’t fit the app) is the sense of customization where you can put images on one side of the doc and completely color a part of the whole doc differently, and have more font choices that just 4 - which is what Canva is designed to be. And why can’t you freely change text size? And why can’t you freely choose text color from a color picker? And why can’t these docs feel like Google Docs or MS Word docs? There are so many missing customization features - maybe they will be added someday. Rating: 3/5, or 6/10.
Great app, horrible onboarding
I love the note taking functions and the way to collaborate and organise. I liked the functionality so much that I subscribed to pro. I regret! I was charged for the pro but the pro never showed up. Restore purchases fail. Resubscribing says, membership active but does not show. It seems they know about the problem and have a troubleshooting guide for it. However the troubleshooting guide says restore purchase if not send a note to support. I sent an email to support but no response yet in last 15 hrs. I don’t think these guys are serious about pro users.
Highly productive
Using since 3 months, and its easy to use and UI and UX is also unique and productive.
I liked it
I was using evernote before then i saw craft on youtube so I downloaded it. My experience is good specially for cross platform use.
Really appreciate the fonts
I love this app because of its fonts and the color effects on it. Also assistant feature makes key point for you which is amazing. Still not sure how much storage for notes we get like is there any limit in GB or unlimited 🤔
