You are going to be surprised how well it performes. Huge props to devs, amazing app!
Craft is an absolute masterpiece for note-taking and document organization. Its focus on clean, minimalist design is paired with incredible functionality—creating, formatting, and organizing notes has never been this intuitive. The ability to link pages and add rich media seamlessly elevates the experience, and the app syncs flawlessly across devices. Craft empowers creativity while remaining grounded in practicality. Whether you’re a student, a professional, or a creative, Craft is the perfect companion for all your digital notes.
I wanted to leave a review for this app 1) to ensure the Craft team’s hard work and creativity gets recognized and 2) so others who love visually appealing and functional apps find this amazing tool! I have used multiple apps in the past to try and quilt together the features found in a calendar app, reminders/tasks app, journaling app etc. so I could “finally” get a holistic picture of what I have going on in my life. Not because I enjoyed using several apps - trust me I didn’t - but because there just wasn’t one that I could find to do everything I needed it to do. I honestly can’t remember how I eventually found Craft, but I remember being suspicious at first that it could actually meet my needs. I downloaded it, then uninstalled it, then re-downloaded it again etc. :) but am happy I came back to the app and really dug into the functionality and features, because once I got used to it, the potential use cases started popping up all over and now I can confidently say that I use Craft for everything - my personal journal (I love the freedom to type an entry or insert a handwritten entry using the Sketch block feature) my planner for work (I use the daily notes feature to connect my work notes to a calendar date so I can take meeting notes and record ideas etc.), logs for hobbies, my meal planning log and recipe inventory, shopping lists, organizing my solopreneur business ideas, and for creative writing. Being able to setup a visual backdrop and create beautiful themes for projects really helps get me in the right mindset for writing and creating like no other tool has. It’s part of my morning ritual now and I truly enjoy working within Craft. As a corporate employee, I can tell you there’s value in taking the time to visually setup a creative space to help shift your mindset at the end of a work day (or before you even get started) towards creative work. I’ve tried writing in other apps but have always been uninspired by the minimalist, cold, and boring spaces in apps like Microsoft Word etc. Those apps always made me feel like I was still “working” when I wanted to shift into a more creative flow and relax into my writing or creative projects. One of the other things I love about Craft are the quality updates they push out. The last update added some really useful features like Collections (which are basically functional database tables), additional visual formatting options (totally for fun), and improved AI functionality. Since this is a paid app, you

Craft is a really good tool. Version 3 is a big improvement over previous versions. It feels like it is coming into its own now. For project management, I do wish they would add a calendar view that lets you filter events by assigned person or by project. Otherwise, this is very solid.
love it
Pretty good app for notes and presentations. Some of the editing tools are in odd places, so designing as you go isn’t very intuitive. But great app for organizing several projects in one place and sharing work with teammates. Wish it had useable templates. Everything is too generic, they all end up looking the same, and you can’t start a template from scratch. But as far as notebooks, even the free version is better than most paid notebook apps.
This is the best app I’ve ever downloaded. Everything is built in. There’s no learning curve. It’s efficient enough for real-time note taking without prep. It’s integrated with native iPad elements but you can just as easily use third party apps (like sketch and whiteboard respectively). Live text recognition is *incredible.* Equation editor is better than any other product. The seamlessness of having everything altogether, handwriting, tables, dynamic cards, code, equation, lists, everything. I don’t have to download an app to use each feature like with an extremely popular markdown note app I won’t name. I love this app so much. Thank you for making it.
SO easy to develop and deploy pages. LOVE that I can use my iPad or Web too. I am very much a visual person and learner. This app really plays to my strengths! In fact I’m finding I am using it more and more as a second brain and my primary notetaking system. This along with another app is a primary reason I stuck with Apple products. I wanted to append to my above statement, December 2024. I further love this app with The New enhancements and business focus. Absolutely love the enhancements to Reminders and integration with Calendar.
