The UI is so beautiful - you’ll have a lot of fun crafting notes. That’s not to say it’s not feature-packed. There’s a lot of formatting styles, table functions, embedded URL previews, and draggable text entries.
I have a proposal for some quality of life improvements : more options to personalise/adjust the page such as line spacing, more fonts option, being able to have columns like a book, and being to put photos anywhere not just below or above texts
Craft is beautiful and pleasant to use and contains lots of powerful features. The reason I’m giving only 3 stars is because it lacks the flexibility of Notion. For example, I can’t drag and drop images to place them side by side as it only forces a top down method.
I’ve been a long time Notion user, but hands down I love craft so much more! Still on the free version, but I’m definitely going to move to the paid version. Such a delight to use, and it’s so light and not clunky at all!
would be nice if theres a widget available for such a beautiful app
Love the way you can structure your documents with pages and cards, then presenting your document in the exact same format by sharing it via a Craft link.
One of the best if not already the best app for documentation, minimal aesthetics with easy to use features. very well done
I was using multiple tools and it was super frustrating as I don’t have an all in one solution, and it was challenging to find all the different info. I was thinking of moving everything to Notion but something about Notion just didn’t appeal to me, and it was not a joy to use. After I decided to give Craft a serious try, I was blown away. It is beautiful yet powerful enough to meet all my needs. It have also had the best app experience amongst the many many apps I have tried. Strongly recommend!!! I can’t wait for its web editor to be on par and also for the tags feature to come out.
I have used a whole lot of notes taking apps. And somehow it’s either too structured or lack thereof. Until I found Craft. It has (almost) all the features I love. What’s good to have: shortcuts. With shortcuts, that will dramatically streamline my work flow.
