Never trust in company’s like this, I lost all my memories even after I tell them I was unable to get into my account. They just remove all my gallery

Nunca te deja bajar tu información de forma masiva, para eso debes poner tu tarjeta de crédito y una vez puesta, te sale error al intentar bajar la información. PERO PARA CARGAR TUS FOTOS, VIDEOS Y DOCUMENTOS, eso si es GRATIS. Y CUANDO QUIERES RECUPERAR TU INFO, ahí si no. SOLO PERMITE BAJR UNA FOTO O UN DOCUMENTO O UN VIDEO A LA VEZ. #LADRONES escribí a soporte y sólo respondieron que iban a revisar, jamás volvieron a dar respuesta y la app sigue igual. #ABUSO #NOLAUSEN
Soy premium y la app esta llena de publicidad
Compre el plan ultímate, y no puedo estar tranquilo viendo mis fotos porque cada vez que pasan unas cuantas me muestra publicidad y al cerrarlo solo dice que yo ya soy usuario premium, lo mismo me ocurre en mi celular que no es iOS, y en Windows la app web me dispara las alertas del antivirus.
