以永久免费的100GB骗你注册，又将容量降为20GB逼你扩容，且根据奖励机制获得的空间也被清零，用了这么多年白看了一堆广告不说，失去了所有资料还要被官方阴阳怪气真的气不过啊。 从降容到帐号被锁中间只有一封垃圾邮件，通知你付费或清出空间，而降容后所有档案都被锁定，无法预览读取，下载后也成了失效的空白文件，以前靠删除档案来释出空间就需要等上足足30天，现在突然降容，就算及时删光，也仍会占用空间（垃圾桶清空、端内档案数为零，但却说我用了90GB）相当于逼迫用户购买方案，不然就是等着被锁。 降容后第一次用邮件资讯了官方，收到了回覆说是让我去付费，而我发现问题后担心档案回不来就又分别写了两次邮件，但官方一直装死直到被锁后才通知我帐号已被删除，态度相当敷衍且不负责。 官方所谓的帮助都是话术，这简直是一场骗局，再也不会相信这个团队了，而且用户体验非常糟糕，请各位不要下载使用，更不要为没有保障的产品付费。

On February 12, Degoo notified me of violating its terms and conditions and listed some mp3 files for me. I had until 2/13 to take action: "If you choose to do nothing your Degoo account will be terminated on 2023-02-14." The email did not specify any actions I could or should take except for an Appeal button. That day, I deleted an entire folder of mp3 files which were tokens of memory from my college life and I had never accessed since I uploaded them to Degoo. Worried all the other safe files would be lost forever, I started downloading them on February 13, but I was unable to download single files or folders. I emailed Degoo immediately but never got a reply. On February 14, my account was terminated as promised, and there were about half of the files that I was unable to save in time. This was a huge disappointment and disaster. What Degoo did to me was brutal, and the world needs to know about this disqualified service provider that hacks into user accounts, robs personal files at will, and steals files. Uploading files to Degoo means you will have a very hard time getting them bad. Blackhole would be a better brand name. If you do not believe so many tragedies people have shared and hold your confidence high in Degoo, congratulations, you have decided to send your precious files to a manless dungeon. Get ready to say goodbye when that day comes.

I want to delete the account but i still can open the account. I had been send email for help to delete it manually to the help support team and wait for a month but i didnt get any reply. The app full of crash too.
but i can’t play music(.mp3 .flac …etc) on my ipad pro 2020 and pls offer a landscape mode thank you
