Degoo: Online Cloud Storage

A few years ago I purchased a lifetime subscription to degoo for 10TB of storage After some recent computer problems, went to log back in and found my account was locked. After contacting support, they said my account had been deleted a few months ago due to a suspect file breaching terms and conditions. I can’t even find this file name on my computer. They sent only one email warning (which went into spam), gave one month to appeal (not seen) and then closed account and deleted all data. They say they can’t recover data now -WTAF! No notifications via app either! I suspect this is partially due to them moving to a subscription model and a fixed price user isn’t worth their while, so they fabricated a reason to get rid of my account. Don’t risk your data, look elsewhere for peace of mind.

Down… a week ago, still can upload full also doesn't show anything in folders . Only for spending time and data . Rate from 5 only 00000 star.

All photo icons are displayed the same as a sketch of 2 black triangles and a black round circle. You have to click on each one to open it to find out what the photo is about. Extremely time consuming, even impossible if you want to find a particular photo. This serious fault has existed for months. Degoo would be Great Again :) when it’s fixed !

-The app requires to be left open with phone unlocked for it to upload!! A big No. -The app will not upload files if your phone doesn’t have almost equal amount free memory. This makes the app completely useless! - the app wont load all the pics in the gallery for instance, if you would like to see a photo 3 years ago you may not get to see it within the app

Absolute rip-off company this one. Paid for a lifetime license a long time ago to store photos. A Degoo Bot emailed me a little while ago to say I violated their terms with copyright photos and they would shut down my service. I appealed and explained it could only be wallpaper collections from various sources and that I would remove them, which I did! A week later I got email to say their decision was upheld!!! So a word of advice, the lifetime deal is a scam, they scan your photos and they close your account after taking your money without due process, and without giving you a chance to right whatever was wrong. Avoid at all costs because other do better

I bought the storage almost an year ago and haven’t been able to back up all my photos till now. The max percentage complete it went to was 30, then crashed and restarted! If you close the app, it stops the backup totally! Very disappointed!!
