Free storage as long as you use it
Just makw sure to visoit the site regularly and no probs. But if like me u use it as a cloud storage, it may get annoying.. that’s all.. I would like to be able to have two accounts accessible by the app, but doesn’t seem to be possible..
Reduced storage after transferring phones
Had 100gb of storage upon signing up. I then transferred phones and the storage went down to 20gb. Tried to contact support but all I got was an automated reply.
Need more improvements
Even though it is free 100gb, and quite cheap for the plan. The features are not really good compared to the competitors like pcloud, google drive, OneDrive, box. Please develop sync function for windows and macbook so we can upload/download and manage photo and files between the computer and DeGoo.
Takes up alot of space
Even though i have 100gb free, in my ipad i only have 22gb and degoo is taking up 7gb of my storage, if you ask if why cant i just buy more storage space Is because it costs. Of course and i dont really want too. Plus i only have 20gb left. My photos is second on most space taken up. And degoo is first. Download it if you want. This is my problem i just wanna share And this also doesnt make any sense dont mind me
Stalls and slow
The app stalls/hangs most of the time. Can’t handle large data, despite the fact that they sell 10Tb of space.

How can i delete some photo ?
I’m tired
I bought a lifetime subscription years ago and judging by the reviews here they have slowed down to a crawl my service or zero maintenance is performed. I have managed to save photos that took weeks to upload. Every single time (no exaggeration) I open the app on my computer or my phone I get error messages that my files can’t load. I guess since I only paid once I’m not a priority. They sold me a service I can’t use. I got scammed.

You idiots have deleted all my files. I am deeply sorry for putting my trust into your service. You took away all my precious memories
Be careful
They delete your data with no reason!!! After years I auto uploaded all my files, they delete everything!!!! I not recommend this app there are a lot of cloud storage apps better than this…
