Je voulais vous faire un message pour vous remercie pour votre bon appli je rarement vous appli que marche bien et que tu puisse sovgarde te photos et reste., Sa ma aide de pas perdre tut me photos de 2an en arrière !!!🙏🙏

Unable to backup photos

I started the App and it just stopped backing up the photos after 300 or so... just at 6%.... nothing to do for the App to do its job and no news from the support. And we cannot see anything from our other files. Sad and bad App in all, started with a good idea though

App is FAR to SLOW!!!! After 3 weeks!!!! Only 39%

App is FAR to SLOW!!!! After 3 weeks!!!! Only 39% of my Photos are backed up!!! I gave 2 stars only because of the 10 Terabytes, i have, otherwise I had switched to another provider after a week! Not happy at all! You can’t get your files with the app, you need to log in with a browser, very unconvenient on a mobile phone. And no app for the desktop environment. Like i mentioned, I’m only staying for the 10 terabytes, but I’m using another provider to do things properly, so it’s not really a bargain, since I have to pay double.

Très très lent

Concept séduisant, mais dès qu’on essaie d’envoyer des gros fichiers, ils réduisent le débit et ça prend des jours ! A éviter.
