I was using this app and uploaded so many memories ones including a loved one who has passed away. The app then deleted all my memories that were uploaded and told me I have to then pay to buy storage. Now all my memories are gone forever. Use a app you can trust.
They have changed their policy as a result I lost all my files. They had only given a few weeks notice… Wish I had never try them.

It cannot retrieve back my photos and now even cannot reach the server….
Just came to know Degoo do lifetime plan But the option is not available on the app, Why? N why do they say lifetime plan speed is slow?
You guys deleted all of my files.
If like me, you store photos/files away for a long time and don regularly access them… then Degoo is NOT for you. I’m forever getting messages saying “login to your app in the next 90 days or everything will be deleted”. No other online storage does this so often. These emails are far too regular, I’ve got it 2 or 3 times this year. The rule needs to be changed to get this message if you don’t login to your account in 2 years at the minimum instead or every 6 months
Ive been using degoo since it began I had over 100 gbs of stotage..i changed phone and thought my files would BE safe only to log in and find no files and my storage reduced to 20 gbs…dev isnt loyal , to be able to delete files if you dont log in for a while no one else does this. Hence..UNINSTALLED
It used to be 100GB with the free account now you only get 20GB even if when I signed up I was told that I'll get 100GB for free, what a scam. The app is also outdated and pretty useless. Just avoid, there are better options for cloud storage than this.
