Закинула файлы в диск, вытащить их не могу, нажимаю скачать и НИЧЕГО, через миллион попыток только удается, лааааадно, пробую скачать оптом, пишет нужен премиум, подключаю премиум и НИЧЕГО, пишет опять нужен премиум, я вот час сижу и скачала 4 файла по 3 мб (аудио записи) это жесть, просто издевательство, свои же файлы не могу скачать , соединение вай фай отличное, все норм, просто приложение не рабочее, я вообще не пишу коменты, это же как нужно было вынести мозг, чтобы с такой злостью писать коммент
Deleted my photos
I have stored my photos for 2 years in this app and they just deleted all my photos because I haven’t seen their emails that I had to pay money for the storage, then I payed money and they have never restored back my photos. I just don’t understand how can they just delete the photos! They could have blocked them until I pay money, but not delete !

People hear me out! Degoo is just a scam. They lure you with free storage and let you upload whatever you want. Later whenever you want to download your files it doesn’t let you do it. Guess what, it so coincides that you can download in bulk with paid subscription.
Those whose files are important must end up paying to download. How is this different from ransomware?
All this apart from complaints that many users’ photos were deleted without any warning.

I’m tired
I bought a lifetime subscription years ago and judging by the reviews here they have slowed down to a crawl my service or zero maintenance is performed. I have managed to save photos that took weeks to upload. Every single time (no exaggeration) I open the app on my computer or my phone I get error messages that my files can’t load. I guess since I only paid once I’m not a priority. They sold me a service I can’t use. I got scammed.

They delete your data with no reason!!! After years I auto uploaded all my files, they delete everything!!!! I not recommend this app there are a lot of cloud storage apps better than this…
