It’s ok
I purchased a lifetime 10TB subscription. Totally regret it. The support is non existent right now, other than a few FAQs, which are outdated. If you don’t believe me, click on the app support link and click in different sections ( for example feedback) Very little Mac support. Can’t find an email to ask for help. I can not access any files from the app. I’m still trying to find a way to share files with friends ( it says they don’t need a Degoo account, but all I get are links to invite them to download the app) I’m not a noob in any way either. This company needs to update their info. The concept is great, but there needs to be huge improvements made if Degoo is going to be worthwhile for the public. I thought premium would offer access to my files in the app. I wish I held off purchasing. I regret it. I even question if they will stay in business for long, so I am backing up with other cloud services for my most vital files.
