Needs some improvement

Tonchott on

Estonia

The app is well done, but needs some changes. When you enter a some that is restricted scooter shuts down. Some notification would be handy before scooter is disabled. Some signals would be handy before finishing the ride, especially in a red zone. We got charged relocation fee of 10 euro after app decided that we've parked. Later we realized it was due to inactivity for 5 minutes. The support team reacted promptly and promised to refund. Otherwise it's a good app.

Service problem

Valeria133 on

Estonia

It troubled all the time that in the red zones the scooter was out of service. Once we’ve left the scooters aside to walk around on the Castello Palazzio and enjoy the scenery but after 5 minutes found out that were charged a relocation fee and ended ride. Had to start the ride again. This is very inconvenient. Eventually I’ve parked the scooter in the correct zone. Otherwise the ride was ok.

Limitations à 8km/h

Matthieu Mesmin-Lanco on

France

Très bonne application et bon service, en revanche les limitations à 8km/h sont assez frustrantes surtout sur de grandes zones limitées. Je pense que votre prédécesseur avait une appréciation plus juste de nos besoins.
