They scammed me and they didn’t do anything to help
I purchased a pass in the Dott app and used it in a group ride, then when I finished my ride. I got charged for one of the rides, even though I had a pass. Which means I shouldn’t be charged at all when I talked to the support they told me it’s my fault and it’s written in the pass conditions and it is not written then I told them it’s not written so they just said that it’s in the terms and conditions of the group ride, i read the whole terms and conditions and it doesn’t say anything about that so I sent a screenshot to the support for the terms and conditions and the pass conditions they started giving some lame excuses then after like 20 minutes, they gave me an article from a Help center and they said yeah that’s your fault. I told them the help center is not not the same as the terms and conditions and they said no it’s your fault and we cannot compensate you for anything and they quitted the chat total scam.
