Dott (TIER سابقًا)

I purchased a pass in the Dott app and used it in a group ride, then when I finished my ride. I got charged for one of the rides, even though I had a pass. Which means I shouldn’t be charged at all when I talked to the support they told me it’s my fault and it’s written in the pass conditions and it is not written then I told them it’s not written so they just said that it’s in the terms and conditions of the group ride, i read the whole terms and conditions and it doesn’t say anything about that so I sent a screenshot to the support for the terms and conditions and the pass conditions they started giving some lame excuses then after like 20 minutes, they gave me an article from a Help center and they said yeah that’s your fault. I told them the help center is not not the same as the terms and conditions and they said no it’s your fault and we cannot compensate you for anything and they quitted the chat total scam.

Worst scooter service

Just downloaded the new app. Just doesn’t work. Every time I try to scan a scoter it mention broken or unavailable

Please add NolPay and make it cheaper please it’s very expensive

I recently used the Dott app to rent a bike on the Festival City sidewalks. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bike I selected was damaged and non-functional, making it impossible to use. Despite topping up my wallet, there was no way to get assistance as the app lacks customer care support. As a result, my money was taken without being able to use the service. This lack of functionality and customer support is frustrating and needs immediate attention to ensure better user experiences in the future.

Taxi is cheaper to take apparently.

The bicycles are a ton in weight — it’s absolutely impossible to use them.

Une bande de voleurs qui forcent les gens à arrêter leurs scooters dans des zones dites « sensibles » pour leur coller des amendes. Et bien sûr quand il s’agit de réclamations personne ne vous répondra.

J’ai ratée un bus alors que j’avais 30min d’avance juste car il y a nul pars où garée votre trottinette. J’ai fais 6 parking différent avant de tomber sur un qui était acceptée
