Ruined a perfectly good app
Used to work fantastically, now it’s absolutely ruined. Whatever they did, they should revert it.

largely useless can just about download a boarding pass if you’re lucky most other functions fail to work!
This was a good app. Used on my iPhone I could see all my booked flights. The last update has ruined possibly the most important feature. You can no longer see your booked flights! Instead you have to manually add them - why?! To make matters worse you need to find the original booking confirmation email and find the alpha numeric booking reference. What are the developers thinking. I’m a fan of easyJet pay for their Plus Membership - maybe they just want you to ignore the app. Easier to make a mental note and print out your boarding passes on paper. Lots of my colleagues who use the app find this equally frustrating. How to annoy EasyJet customers and make their life more difficult. This team of developers should be sacked!
Please change the app back to how it was. EasyJet had the best App before, it just looks terrible now.
The only airline that is worse than easyJet is Ryanair. There is a special rung in hell destined for low cost airlines in the UK.
Need a iPad designed app as it uses the mobile phone version and it makes it harder to use.
Two flights cancelled in a row and I spent 18 hours on airport sleeping on ground as easyJet website said session expired during complementary hotel booking. It’s a fraud service will never use in life again.
Went to book a flight recently and the app was behaving strangely. It looked different but not right! Like I was viewing a web version of a site rather than the mobile compatible version. Turns out that this is the update of an ap that worked perfectly well previously! Laughable. It is now slow, clunky, glitchy and the text along with user interfaces are too small. The app freezes and sometime buttons do not even respond. Sort it out east jet. Go back to the old version and actually do proper testing before releasing an update! Rubbish!
The new app is terrible and doesn’t even remember your passport details from previous trips. The old app was brilliant so whoever ok’d this change should be looking for a new job.
Is there any way to have a profile so that searches are defaulted to certain criteria’s such as number of people and ages, preferred airports, so that all you have to choose is dates and destinations for searches? Number of people in a family and local airports are normally the same for holiday searches so this would be a convenient feature.
