Mapping software still not updated
The software works not too bad but one of the main functions we wanted was for the mapping. I tries to manually split amd combine spaces in a room (which is a nice feature if it worked properly). Everytime i tried to split it would tell me i am crossing a doorway and to try again. Even if i was trying to split the dining room from the living room which has a 8 foot space that it thinks is a door. Looks like this issue has been here for a while by looking at the reviews so i am not sure if they are even monitoring these.
Very good hardware bit software needs work
The map is very confusing. Rooms which are on a north south axis in the house are se shown on an east west axis on the map. The software has not been optimized for the iPad.

Bad product
Product continually gets caught on things throughout home. Robot randomly dies I the middle of the floor during a clean. Really not worth Ugg’s money I spent. Better buying the $200 version. Not a $2000. Disappointed
My maps and customs maps were erased overnight

Yeah it breaks and they will say its out of warranty. Don't go for it
My house feels clean
Getting to the floors was agonizing and always made my house feel gross. With the vacuum life is magic!!! Love coming home to clean floors and house!
