Magnifique apport à la qualité de vie
Ce robot que nous appelons Mr X (😉) travaille vraiment bien. Il faut toutefois prendre le temps d'apprendre la gestion du programme qui, selon moi évoluera sûrement avec le temps. Le robot fait un bon travail et les parquets sont bien entretenus. Vraiment satisfaite de mon acquisition.

Bonjour ! Je vous écris pour savoir quoi faire après que mon robot ne fonctionne plus. Je vais vous décrire la situation qui s'est produite, le robot s'est rendu à la station pour être recharger.Je suis venu remplacer le réservoir l’eau la capsule d’assainisseur d’air et à ce moment-là la partie avec le chiffon est tombée là où les autres pièces sont tombées. Nice apps but but confusing
It’s a nice apps but you got to watch daily to get all the points you can get. It would be nicer to have weekly point instead of daily

Don’t buy a cheap robot vac it will only frustrate you. Get a good one. Deebot of does a fine job. Maps well and has good power. Mopping is very good as well.
Not Very User Friendly
As much as I think the machine is useful, I still find that there are annoying quirks regarding its reliability. The chute easily gets clogged from dog hair and so unless I remember to unclog with my finger, the next session is next to useless. Additionally and more annoying is the app. I frequently have to re-add the device as it is removed by the app on its own. This makes scheduling or modifying a pain since I have to go through the set up process each time. Lastly, the battery doesn’t last more than 30 minutes anymore so cleaning is now required in a 2 phase approach.
Can’t use the app with n9+ in Canada
Got 1 n9 +. And doesn’t have a Chinese number so couldn’t even register it!!
Poor Maping
I baught N8+ December 2023 & it was working ok till April 2024. But since than I am having issues with my map on app. My robot keep re maping my area again every time I start using it. I have tried deleting the map multiple times & also tried factory reset multiple times but it keep remapping & shows multiple layering on the map. Really frustrating
