How do i use on apple watch. Just says add device on iphone.
Would choose differently
I'm fed up of emptying what is supposed to auto empty! Bought because emptying was direct to bag but that does not happen. The air fresheners smell lovely but do not linger & do not last long either. Would choose a different brand next time.
You need a better PM
Basic Features: * Single tap to buy expired accessories. * What is my robot model? How can I easily buy accessories if I don’t know my robots model? * The store has to automatically know my robot model and display accessories.
The worst custom service ever
Over 4 months without a working OMNI X1. Failed service. Not tracking details for returns. No tracking details or delivery info for replacement Deebot. Machine dispatched and returned to sender due to wrong postcode been placed on delivery. Machine then just turned up with no notice. Luckily someone was working at my home and took delivery while we were away. Nearly 1 year in from spending £1000 on a vacuum and accessories. And 55% of that time it’s either not worked or been out for repair. Replacement machine delivered to a different address in a village 10 miles away. I was then told I should go collect it myself. In the end I had to request a credit card reclaim from my card provider. I don’t even want a free vacuum from this company as the OMNI X2 failed to map out even 1 floor successfully. An absolute pile of poo.
Pro tip to save yourself time and frustration
This little robot hoover is fantastic, and I absolutely love it. However, I discovered that it operates best when the mop pads are removed. While the mop pads are useful, leaving them on all the time can cause the hoover to struggle with door frames and docking itself in the station. Since removing the mop pads, the hoover has been marvellous, doing a fantastic job of cleaning my house. The app is also excellent! Thank you, EcoVacs!

Battery is dead.not happy. Finishing cleaning in 10 mins and not going back to charging dock. Costomer service is useless.
