ECOVACSHOME always showing offline status
My ECOVACSHOME app always show offline status even I tried to rebooting it and my phone is connected to same network as ecovac but still not working

Very bad product, no respect for customers
The company does not respect customers. Arbitrarily blocking customers who are using the product without notice, as well as compensating customers for damage. Never seen a company so irresponsible to consumers. I will boycott and never use this Ecovacs product again!
Freezing
Since last update the app freezes in settings. Pity as when working is pretty cool.
Map changes unlabelled rooms Alexa won’t work
I agree with the guy who’s feedback on glitchy maps too. I tell Alexa to clean the lounge and it can’t because the map has lost some, or all of the labels. The support say delete map and remap the area. It’s a real faff to do this every time this happens and you shouldn’t have to. Also. Let us create our own labels. I have a games room and use various smarthome apps to operate lights and speakers etc. but for the vacuum I have to call it ‘kids room’! The vacuum is pretty good on the whole but yes, the app is behind the tech and can be a lot better. Come on guys, you can do better.
Needs improvement
The maps over write all the time even after spending ages getting the glitchy room segregations in. Limited room names (nothing bespoke!) hall has to be called corridor! I had a £250 robot that had these issues using a common smart home app so I figured double to quadruple the money would end these annoying problems. I was wrong. If it’s not sorted soon it’s going back as it’s not fit for purpose.
My favourite product of 2022
Managed to get the N8 on offer and could not be happier. Cleans hard to reach place, picks up everything it needs to and looks great. Thanks ECOVACS!!
Great product let down by a mediocre and buggy app
Please put some effort into making the app as great as the X1 Omni is.
App is very glitchy
I am fed up with this now, I have to constantly re-run maps and set up schedules at least once a fortnight as it messes up the maps constantly and then it fails to do the scheduled task. It needs a major improvement as this app seems to have gone from bad to worse.
Disappointed !
After 1 year and half the robot start playing funny, sent it to customer service , when returned was worst than before, had to send it again ( took them almost 3 weeks to organise collection) when it was returned again did not work. Currently is spinning around and after 1 min goes back to station, customer service changed the bumper and the anti drop sensors but still not working. I might throw it away and buy a better brand! Disappointed !!!
Good robot, app needs improvement
The robot floor cleaner is surprisingly good however, the app is poor in comparison.
