This company blocked me from using the app. I bought their robot and surprisingly, one day, they decided that my purchase is illegal. They transform me, who bought their product from their customer to a criminal because I bought a product distributed by their distribution system/channel, which is 100% acceptable and without any cautions at the time I bought it. Their action means that they didn’t want me to buy their product, and I hope that I didn’t. In conclusion, the app is useless for me, 1 star. And I think that this brand is one of the worst because it doesn’t respect and listen their customer. I have no intension to buy any product from them in the future.
