I would like to have alternate cleaning day schedule. Able to implement? Wrote in to the email requesting for features but no response at all.

The Ecovacs app it sooooo buggy. Every couple of weeks, the app would change the map; either it changes the labels of the area or it removes the merged areas or creates new areas within a room and gives it another new label. These constant changes messes up the scheduling that I have set because it misses rooms to clean because the app changed the labels of the rooms. It happened again today when I realised that the robot did not clean the living room as scheduled. I checked the app and indeed the rooms have changed labels again. Lately the robot has been acting weirdly - it will “hang” there for minutes and not move. I will not recommend Ecovacs to friends/family due to the app bugs and these inconveniences.

Gotta do a mapping all over again. This has happened several times. The robot is not so “smart” after all. This is really frustrating.

I have been using my Ecovacs robot cleaner since before Covid in 2019. The robot cleaner has last till now, over 5 years. I find the app very easy to use. I use run it with my preferred scrub function and all the predefined boundaries. Easy to use. I use clean the bedrooms first, followed by living room, and then the kitchen is scrubbed twice. They are all preset before the run with the amount of vacuum power and scrub. To save time, I stack up my chairs, to prevent the robot from going meticulously around the chair legs, which take up most time. All in all, very happy with the app and robot cleaner

Robot can suddenly just stop halfway cleaning and not do anything. Lose connection and drain it’s battery

Vacuum functions very well.

Keeps my house clean and nice. 👍🏻
