Sometimes it works according to the planned schedule, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it just starts cleaning at a time that you didn’t plan. No software updates, so who knows how this will continue to go….

Robot is prima maar app is waardeloos. Kaart van huis is steeds in de war en wordt regelmatig ‘verminkt’ waardoor t niet goed meer werkt.

Het zuigt weliswaar, maar het bereikt niet efficiënt de plinten, waardoor ik altijd een strook moet nalopen om het handmatig schoon te maken. Het mapping systeem lijkt niet goed te werken, aangezien de stofzuiger de informatie (mapping, netwerk connectie) vergeet bij verandering van verdieping. Bovendien is het niet duidelijk waarom deze stofzuiger zoveel persoonlijke informatie nodig heeft. Ik overweeg over te stappen naar een ander merk.

Wat een geweldige apparaat. Je kunt ruimtes afzonderlijk van elkaar laten schoonmaken en per ruimte een andere instellingen. Ik kan niet meer zonder

Software vaak wel verwarrend, cq geeft niet aan altijd waarmee robot bezig is. Geen commando op scherm te krijgen waarmee robot terug naar laadstation gaat. Apparaat doet overigens zijn werk wel goed.

Steeds opnieuw moet ik een plattegrond laten maken door het apparaat omdat ie ineens verspringt of niet meer goed opgeslagen is. Dat ding is best vaak in de war met de kaart. Zo kan ik de bovenverdieping niet werkend krijgen terwijl ik stap voor stap doe wat moet. Laadstation rijdt ie van z’n plek dus die maar vastgeplakt. Maar daardoor kan ik ‘m boven niet meer gebruiken. Kortom, gebruiksvriendelijkheid voor de app en stabiliteit kan heel veel beter.

I have tried to convince this robot that I am in a multi level home. That sometimes my doors don’t have to be removed to map and thus later clean behind them. Opening them mid cleaning does not work. Or mid-map creation. Opening one blocks the other door. Then it says both areas are blocked “returning to charge”. If you try to move the robot manually - it creates a new map and refuses to acknowledge the previous one. Or it will re orient the map thus making the saved map useless. Or adding a whole extra house onto the corner of the previous map. Why can’t you edit maps manually? You cannot split areas into frequent traffic vs corners and edges. But you can make a box and manually clean that whenever needed.. as long as you want to do small squares all along the area that is important. I don’t need to vacuum under the couch every day, but I do need to clean where the dog and kid play every evening. I spent more time trying to make the maps work than if I had vacuumed myself 20 times. Make it better. If you’re going to spy on my house and my family - at least make it do the job. Sending it back. Funnily enough - vacuum works well. Too bad the app/controls don’t.
