To whom it may concern,
I purchased my deebot for $2500 plus extra warranty. Honestly for something this expensive you guys have really bad customer service and saying that I can’t speak to a manager this is really unprofessional. Also, the person I spoke doesn’t speak English well and it was very hard to understand.
I’ve been trying to organise a technician to look at my deebot for the past week, and then now you tell me it will take another 2 weeks process to fix the issues with my deebot. I am not getting my money’s worth, especially with an item this expensive.
Very disappointed with the product and your customer service.
Could be great with better map management
The robot was great initially. However it has become the most frustrating appliance I own due really poor map management. The device becomes confused occasionally for no apparent reason and in the end I have to remap the entire house which is extremely time consuming. The product could be greatly improved with one feature to easily save/recall maps and a simple way when things go wrong to reset the robot and press a button to confirm the robot is at the docking station.
App is horrible.
Can’t count how many times my house map has been wiped without any reason, I’d expect since I have a logged account, my map would hold state in my account. Robot is great though.
T9+ has been a waste of money
Have had issues with this robot since only a few month’s use with customer service insisting they’re very sorry but effectively saying that surely I have made an error. It constantly loses the map; the robot seems to loose control and spin rapidly on the spot sometimes, especially if it finds an edge (like stairs); can’t find the dock even when directly in front of it; the auto empty station is defective and barely empties but it will nonetheless tell me the nearly empty bag is “full” and must be replaced; I used to be able to take it downstairs but cannot any longer following an app update. Customer service says I have never been able to use it over multiple floors and I must take the dock downstairs for this to work - it literally used to work with no issues and the manual says NOT to move the dock - customer service says “we are so sorry. Please buy a second dock”. Given the garbage product can’t find the first dock half the time, why on earth would I confuse it and give myself more frustration with a second one?
Malfunctioning and no response
The vacuum will come forward off its loading dock, go about 2 meters and then pause and return. Still waiting to hear back from someone to even give any advice!

Auto resume
Works ok, would be good to be able to auto resume though when the robot returns to charge doing a custom area clean. Major oversight!
