By connecting to your DEEBOT, you can: 
• Start, pause, or stop cleaning
• Set a regular cleaning schedule
• Set voice report, suction power, and Do-Not-Disturb time*
• Receive notifications from your Wi-Fi enabled robot*
• Share DEEBOT with your friends through multiple accounts*
• Receive software and firmware updates*
• Access instruction manuals, video tutorials and FAQs, and contact customer service

And you can do much more with your advanced mapping DEEBOT (powered by Smart Navi™ Technology):
• Set up Virtual Boundary™ to create no-go zones*
• Use Custom Cleaning to customize any cleaning area you want*
• View real-time stats from the visual map of your home, areas cleaned, and cleaning time*
• Adjust water flow level when DEEBOT is mopping (Robots with mopping function only)*

Plus, you can control your DEEBOT with simple commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Home**.

-Location: Used for device networking, discovering nearby devices, and obtaining WiFi information currently connected to the mobile device.
-Camera: Scan the QR code on the Robot for networking, and scan the sharing code for device sharing.
-Photos and Videos(Storage): Used for changing profile pictures, posting image comments, and online customer service providing feedback via images.
-Microphone: Audio and video call feature for customer service and Robot Video Manager.
-Bluetooth: Used for connecting devices via Bluetooth, enabling network configuration and robot controlling.
-Nearby Devices: Used for scanning and discovering nearby Bluetooth devices during network configuration.
-WLAN: Used for connecting to the Wi-Fi hotspot emitted by the device for network configuration.
-Notifications: Used for sending device and system notification messages to users.

Ecovacs tell you to put 15cm of tape on the bottom of floor length mirrors to stop your Robovac thinking it’s another room. It was fine when it did its quick map, but once it did an auto clean even with the tape there it still thought it was another room. This wouldn’t be so bad if the map tools were so pathetic, you can’t place walls, can’t delete phantom rooms, can’t accurately place ‘no go’ zones, tried a number of times now but the robot still gets to close. They should implement walls and a delete feature. They should also implement a remote control feature to manually map out your rooms yourself if it makes ownership easier. My N20 plus also seems to regularly get lost, going in every room of the house looking for its base station, even though I can clearly see on its own map, where it is.

In 2 weeks I’ve had to empty the rubbish bin already. So Bruce has been an absolute game changer in our house hold. Only regret is we should have bought him sooner.

I have both the Ecovac and the Roborock. The mopping is better on the Evovac, but the base station is far less reliable than the Roborock. 

The Roborock also has far better mapping. It is more reliable and easier to modify the map. The Roborock app is also less buggy.

Mapping is great but you can’t customise anything. I miss Electrolux - I could give rooms names. I could set a schedule for full clean in the morning and then in the afternoon I could have it clean a particular area before I arrived home. At night, I could use the app to clean the kitchen and dining. I can’t seem to do any of these things. Either the app is confusing or these features aren’t offered. The only way I can see to clean an area would require me to be present and attempt to talk to it. I liked the format of the Electrolux app.  Much easier to use and way more convenient. I hope this one has similar upgrades 🥺🥺

The ability to set up mapping should be a simple and accurate process. Instead it is frustrating to use, impossible to accurately set and limited in its options. When you final get something in, the robot does the perimeter, a little bit of the inside of the area and then says, “I am done”. 

I am satisfied with the performance of where it travels. The rubbish emptying didn’t work initially, but then decided it would. 
To just press go is not a good option for us and it spends a lot of time trying to get into closed doors - areas we don’t want to do everyday. 

Back to the old vaccine and mop and bucket to get it done properly
