App Needs Updates
At first the app worked fine, then one day it started saying “data acquisition timed out” I can barely use the app and have to manually switch on my machine on the machine. I can’t use the app.
Good at first now dodgy
What a dream. Quietly cleaning our house for 18 months. Now not so good. Doesn’t handle long hair well. Gets wrapped around the roller or clogs the bin. Setting regular emptying at the base station helped. But worst of all! Keeps on starting a new map whenever it gets lost or has low WiFi signal. PLEASE just add a software update that will allow deebot to be returned to its base and find the original map. The mess of overwriting it’s previous map is senseless. And now we have a Data time out error that resetting restarting reinstalling app etc does not fix!
Maps / cleaning
After doing a scheduled clean, I switch the bot back on, and it returns to station. App shows map and areas etc, but bot lost its location when you request it to clean an area. Support has no idea how to answer this. I have videos but you can't help!

Chinese region
I bought a X1 omni from China. Now I can't change the region or the Yiko/robot language?!
Good product but very bad app interface
Menu structure totally irrational with many features either not working or undocumented. Voice assistant not working?
Pathetic App and device
Between the app and the device, constantly looses the map, device does not clean well, missing areas!

App is good, just need to sort out google home interaction. Cannot tel it to clean specific areas
Works okay, just doesn’t save maps
As title says: works okay, just doesn’t save maps. If I could save maps I would give it ⅘ stars. For 5/5 stars - I would love to use this in the Home app as well, but one can only dream. Also it has a speaker, why can’t I play music through it?
