Since today the app asked me if I would like to confirm my identity again (smart pass). I did all of the steps and confirmed, but the app is unusable now. It says smart pass invalid, even after closing / opening/ logging off, etc I cant unlock my card anymore

Kindly let us go back to the previous version. My smart pass does not work for the newest version

The other layout was so much better and easier. It used to be a lot User friendlier! I’m hating it right now

It lost a lot of the features we use to have on the previous app. For example you cannot schedule your card payment for a future date. Same with bills and transfers. Previous app was way superior than this one.

I Cant see my current credit card statement separately… it just shows the whole recent usage, but it does not split the monthly statements

The app has a lot less features from the previous and it doesn’t work well! I have many disabled/cancelled cards bothering my navigation and the worst is that I don’t have access to live statement of my supplementary cards anymore! I have to wait a month to get a horrible pdf at my email! Don’t switch to this very bad version!!!! They don’t allow you to go back to the previous one

The app has a serious issue as it doesn’t allow you to schedule payments and transfers. You can only make payments and transfers on spot which is extremely inconvenient nowadays!
