The worst application I’ve used so far. I’ve lived in Germany and the US , but I’m from Kazakhstan and the level of this bank operations and application option is so far from Kazakhstani banks !!! I can check any operation/tax/fee in my Kazakhstani application. Here they just charge you non stop and you are not able to see what charge is that. You need to call the bank to spend at least an hour to be able to know what they charged you this time for. What kind of application is that ? When I’m furnished with this bank I’ll never go back to it again.

Old app was having a lot of troubles with day-2-day activities, in this new ENBD X app all the issues were resolved!!! Great job and good luck in further development!!!

For more than a week (trying several times a day) I cannot send messages under “Messaging - Services”. I have an issue that I wanted to report to help desk through mobile app, but whenever I try to send any message, it shows “Message not sent”
