New system is very inconvenient
I don’t like the new payment system on X. I do payment transfers on pc and then have to login on phone to approve what I am doing. Previous system with token was much better and convenient.
Not user-friendly at all
One of my biggest mistakes upgrading to the app because it feels more like a downgrade. Makes it more complicated to transfer money when needed. Wish I could go back to the old app

The new application is so bad!
Cannot make device trusted
No matter what I try, set as trusted device never works. I’ve scanned EID and took my picture like 10 times in different places and environments. It always fails validation. Totally frustrating

this app does not support mepay. i was told to click the mepay option in the old app. but the thing is, once u upgraded to enbd x app, you can’t log in to the old one.
