Usage Preferences on app for Credit card have been disabled. Secondly even the smallest local bank in UAE has got a security app for Dynamic CVV, which makes their cards so secure. ENBD is leaving our cards exposed to scams as transactions are happening without OTP consent of the customer. A solution given by ENBD to lock and unlock the card is not a practical option for security and this restricts us from using the card freely. I am shocked that ENBD can’t still find a solution to secure their Credit cards, which is pending since years.

Stupid App
I am experiencing issues with the app's login process; the login page itself seems to be malfunctioning. After several attempts, I contacted customer support, endured a one-hour wait in the queue, and spent 100 AED to finally gain access. However, once logged in, I encountered a problem viewing my account details as it indicated that I lacked the necessary permission. I am disappointed that such an untested and underdeveloped app was released to end customers. If the software team is unable to test a simple login page, it's time for the company to consider hiring a competent QA and Dev team. I hope Emirates NBD addresses this matter to provide better service to its customers."
Is this really what customers want?
Just changing of colors does not make app and user experience better. Not so much user friendly. Chosen color code is very confusing. Important things are missing. eg. landing page shall give me quick overview, missing overview of standing orders, etc. Look for a benchmark of succesfull banks. Ask your customers, what they need, how they are using online banking, etc. It may not be an IT, or design excercise, but online banking shall provide better user experience, help its users to perform their tasks in easy and efficient way.Basic things do not work, eg. face id for sign in, or payment verification. Online banking is a journey and needs evolution. You started, learn and improve. Good luck!

New design is terrible and it is against all good practices and habits that iOS apps usually have. Bring the old one back please
