The worst banking App I have ever used. Nothing is updating, I cannot see any payments I have done. It still says last transaction is November 2022. No changes I do are accepted without explanation. No message coming in to access online banking on my desktop etc. Please make this work as this is not professional or helping customers in handling their finances

It is very difficult sometimes to see the screen I have seen much better screens like DKB Bank or N26 . I hope you will start thinking about that .
Worst Banking App i have ever used. Bad UI and full of bugs. Since the last update I can’t even paste my password anymore. The Face ID never safes. Really sad.
I use two Bonvoy cards but it’s hard to have an overview about the current expanses. first my primary card list all transactions including the supplement card. Second I have to calculate the expanses by myself. It could be easily show on top of each card. third. If I download a statement as excel file to make the calculations all incoming and outgoing transactions have positive values. So you have again manually looking up for transactions that include the word return and deduct it from all others. And 4th once you change the statement cycle to another day from 1st of each month you cannot select 1st again only 10/15/25. This makes no sense to me because than I have overlapping months and create additional confusion. Please fix this: Each card should have its own transaction list. Move all transaction to the Home Screen each card should show the current expanses on top of each statement cycle And fix the excel export with the correct values for incoming and out coming transactions. Show also a row in which the related card can be seen. For the monthly statement as pdf please include also the total amount per card please ! If you fix it the ux is ok.
