User friendliness has gone backwards
The new app is extremely frustrating. International transfers are not possible, nor is adding a new beneficiary, which for obvious reasons is a big issue. Since I upgraded to the app the bank also stopped replying to any of my questions and urgent pending cases, even though they state they will reply within 24 hours. It’s been days/ weeks. Their level of customer service is just non existing and the app just adds to the frustration.
