Good banking mobile app
Sometimes the transactions are failed due to ambiguous reason, or a transaction is successfully initiated but after few days the money is not deducted from original account. Overall, this mobile app is good and reasonable to have in your mobile device.
Failure to proof I requested the unemployment insurance
What is happening is not right. You guys are charging me for the unemployment insurance when I didn’t request it. One agent said I did request it in May 2022 however when I ask for the proof he said he can’t share a proof. So how do you proof to me that I requested this insurance. This is so bad on so many angles
