It doesn’t allow you to save the conversation, I guess this is Etihad’s another way of scamming people

Seats are food, but cramped and compact, food isn’t as good as Emirates, our whole family prefers Emirates though. This App kicks you out every time after like 10 times u use it

Trying to online check-in was worse than all the budget airlines I’ve been on. The app wouldn’t load certain pages (eg dangerous good declaration and seat selection). Customer service tried to charge me for seats that should have been free and was not understanding of the problem at all. Also I had 2 bookings (for family) and that one which I checked in 30 mins before clearly stated the fees I needed to pay which was not misleading so the distinction was apparent.

It is disappointing that when you change your seat selection on checkin, within the same price bracket you already paid for, the app and website try to tell you that you need to pay again for seat selection and that you have “unpaid items” … one then needs to abort the check in to avoid the payment and then refresh to get the system to update correctly … this is not a good experience.

The application asks for a passport photo, but the user interface is borderline unusable. Even once I upload a photo of my passport, it rejects the passport. What is the point of checking in via the app if the app doesn’t work?

The stopover is extremely terrible. They cheat customers. They even refuse to offer chauffeur service for business class customers. Never buy this air fryer again.

So far the app has been very easy to use Choosing seats, checking in online has been a breeze, and the new airport is truly magnificent We flew into Abu Dhabi and required wheelchair assistance- it was punctual and staff very polite, friendly and helpful Thank you Will recommend happily

We had some concerns as we were doing a 14 hour flight from Melbourne to Abu Dhabi immediately followed by a 6 hour flight to Milan; all with a 10 month old baby. From the ticket counter through the gate and into the air our experience was without a doubt far greater than we had expected. The bassinet seating was booked so the Etihad agents gave my wife and I with our 10 month old baby a row to ourselves so that we had more than enough space to accommodate our needs and desires. While in the air the flight attendants were extremely proactive and making sure our experience was one to remember. They interacted with our baby boy and went as far to give him a ‘Flight Certificate’ for him to remember his first flight with Etihad. We will definitely use this airline again in the future because we know they care about us as individuals. Thank you Etihad.

The app is virtually not usable if you want to change your flight eg to a different date. Be ready for a trip to an agent or a call centre

can’t even choose a seat without paying extra similar to budget airlines where everything cost extra. Surprised the visit to the toilet is included.
