Although the app is alright but when you want an upgrade or extra the app crashes and want you to pay again and again. Don’t pay on this site but at the airport .

Flexible ticket is not a flexible ticket with Etihad. You pay a lot of extra money for a flightticket to make it flexible but when it comes to the point you cannot change. The app constantly gives error after error. I sent 15 emails already and they told me the app doesn’t work you have to do it on your PC(on holiday?How to bring my PC?) Then i chatted and they ask for 30 dollar per person to change something, while their system is not working!!!! I never had these issues with KLM or Emirates, please choose them… I am never writing any bad reviews, give people 100 times the change to make up their faults, but this airline goes too far…Also 2 of my friends had the same problem. So i know it is not me… Don’t book flexible ticket here, really. They are cheaters…

Bij het inchecken in deze app koos ik een andere stoel uit. Betaling via IDEAL mobiel bankieren app van ING lukt meteen. Na de betaling komt de Etihad app terug met een draaiende pijl. En dat blijft zo, uren lang… Het chat contact met customer support is zinloos, zij zien alleen ‘payment pending’ en stoel unassigned. 8 uur later nog steeds zo. Boarding Pass wordt niet uitgegeven. Geld voor de stoel keuze ben je kwijt.

More option for multi-city, Stayover hotel choices for long connection time,choices to switch to business class on offer for part of the journey for eg. London to Abu Dhabi on economy,business to Bali and economy back to Abu Dhabi and business to London etc.Not suitable for ipad.

Perfect, ziet er strak uit maar het belangrijkste; het werkt allemaal. En als het niet werkt, bel je hun professionele callcenter. Top allemaal, hier wordt je blij van!

The app tells me I need to upgrade, but I already have the newest version in the App Store. So i get bounced back and forth between app and Apple App Store, without actually being able to access the app and my flights. Not great!

Everything worked fine until we wanted to check-in. The app gave me "error", changed the choosen seats and checked in! Now we have seats on totally different places in the airplane for a 10 hours flight..
