I keep getting the error on my iPhone 15 “This device is rooted and you cannot proceed further” every time I open the app. How does an iPhone get rooted? Please fix this.

App crashes at welcome screen

First they don’t know to treat parents with young kids. Ground staff was so rude. We had 21 kilograms to hand-carry. But we only had 16kg and we had 4 bags 3 small backpacks and one small bag for my kid. They didn’t allow that bag and tell only 3 bags for the 3 person.

The new version is very difficult to operate and its a very bad upgrade so i kndly request you to keep the previous version.

Total experience is very bad, cannot find my previous trips. Notifications are not useful or lack of them. Flight experience is event worst… I will never fly Etihad again. Status says ‘boarding’ no gate is not shown.

I want to change my booked ticket date or i need refund but i cant find it in the app and website as well don’t cheat your valuable customers because we are paying you Can you please response me asap because i want to change my fly date don’t cheat your customers
