Can’t load page after search.

New app is a total disaster. Need to log in numerous times even during one booking. On March 17 I wanted to book a trip for March 24 but the app showed availability starting April 7. Needed to go to their website to make my booking. And that’s what they call “improvement”? Please return the old app before you get all done properly with the new one

App offers a number of functions - but every time you select one, it redirects to a webpage. This isn’t an app - it’s just a well-organised link collection. Pretty poor.

First time to pay a seat with a non budget airlines. It is not good as a marketing strategy, since other airlines are offering an online check-in seats for FREE.

App cannot retrieve my frequent flyer account info, throwing an error. App cannot book a fight either, throwing another error. Nearly as bad as the Etihad website.

Worst airline app I have ever used!!! Takes forever to load specially during check in. Contacted customer service for help through email and never got a reply. What a shame for such a big airline company! Huge improvements needed for the app.
