Good app Very convenient

My flights were changed a wεεΚ ago but the new flight details does not show on the App. So I cannot book seats and or the business classseating.Still showing the old Flight Details And have had no responses Developer please assist and response

This app allows you to comfortably check in without the awkwardness generally associated with check in queues. 5 star 😀

The app has some glitches here and there, kindly invest on getting it fixed! It works well when the errors aren’t there

I’m giving this airline 1 star because the isn’t a option for zero Customer service is poor and they don’t even follow their terms and conditions that they have placed And you still owe my money for about 4 month after I was told that it will only take 45 day that was in 2022 November now we are in April 2023.

App constantly asks you to log in, oh you want to change your flight date: login. You selected a return flight, login, had trouble adding your rewards number: login. Ah! Painful, and some features just don’t work.

The app is easy to use. But it only allows a check in about 1/2 of the time. If it does not work... then I can check in on the web. So clearly your app in the issue. Pls work on it! Truely a pleasure when it works.
