It works until check in
It works as fine as all the other airline apps. But as soon as you check in, you stop having access to boarding passes. It had other strange behaviours that implied killing the app and enter back again.

I have just complete my checkin through this app and it’s such an amazing app. I love to travel with Etihad Airways.

Very bad experience. They always delay flight up to two hours. Pathetic experience
Slowest app I’ve seen
App is super slow to load, also a lot of actions in the app will just open safari to do it in the website instead Bad airline
Worst airline app ever unfortunately
Everything works pretty bad, check in, consulting my trip, etc. Super slow, whether on the laptop or mobile, crashing a lot, then some menus randomly appear in Polish I guess, mix of languages, can’t issue boarding pass because the app stays “thinking”…nightmare

Ground staff
I know that they aren’t nothing to sue with you besides the service that they do, in the name of your company. However, the ground staff that was in Madrid on the 23rd was very rude. However, the crew was amazing :)
