No longer have access to older models of dash cams after updates.
Had this dash cam for years and it worked just fine with the original old app. They’ve updated this app so much and now dash cams don’t connect to it and Pitta Soft has no customer support. Every update they do has makes this dash cam more useless.
Worked fine when I first got it , now so many updates later having to re learn how to get into it each time . Now I can no longer access my camera only the already downloaded useless files ..
Do not buy Blackvue. This app is terrible. It will not connect cameras and you cannot view video on this app. It is difficult to use compared to the legacy app which is no longer supported. It asks for a wifi connection when you have to connect using wifi to the camera. Then it will not register the camera because it cannot connect to wifi. It’s over convoluted and does not work. Something which should be simple has been turned into a disaster with this app.
Wifi dosnt work without internet connection?? What the hell??? Never usta do this before. I will have to call in then and complain.
I still can’t access the app without internet. I have the non cloud dash cam just need direct wifi and still won’t let me start the app without internet.
The app is no longer compatible or just completely buggy that I can’t make changes to camera or even set it up. I have 2 $600 cameras that are now trash. BlackVue has no support.
Blackvue apps is not user friendly anymore. This apps is pushing upgrade to icloud if you dont like it ,so hard to navigate your cam.this is my first and last dashcam.
App worked fine for a day. Now I can’t access live view from cloud, only through wifi. Another day has passed and now I can’t even access the cameras functions anymore as it keeps saying “internal error” whenever I try to connect through cloud or wifi, what the heck even setting up cloud it gives me “internal error”. Please fix this! I have the latest DR970X.
