Sometimes you’ll have to re do shortcuts b/c for some reason, your devices are no longer on the same wifi network - even tho you only have one wifi network and there isn’t another one and you haven’t connected to any other network.
I don’t have a QR code as I bought the lights a few years ago and threw out the box, crazy that because I didn’t keep a box for 3 years I’m now unable to use my nano leafs, I loved them so much, now they just sit on the wall. And for how expensive they are?! These lights are a scam, pls if you’re looking for nice lights AVOID NANO LEAFS
Had minimal issues and then yesterday all my Nanoleaf lights - 3 A19 lights and 3 lightstrips stopped working. Tried many things I saw suggested and nothing has worked - it is pain to try and even get them to add to the app or HomeKit and then when I do they stop responding - even after resetting and restarting my internet too, etc. Looking at flipping to another brand (likely Philips Hue) if this does not fix it self as can turn them on manually and sorta work in the Nanoleaf app sometimes but will not respond in homekit so can not get them to respond to any Siri requests which makes them rather useless.
DIE AND WONT WORK every single time I am trying to update my essential light bulb, and it is mandatory!
Light panels and elements are beautiful. The app is unuseable.
Only options are scan, Bluetooth, and NFC. my lights only have a pairing code. Does not support older panels

Unfortunately, the buttons of the applications are not labelled properly when the app has to be used by a blind or low vision users. Nanoleaf needs to fill the accessibility field of each buttons and tab buttons in code for this to work properly in all the languages they support. this situation makes using the app difficult for a person with a visual deficiency, living alone.
Beginning with inability of setup to properly focus on bulbs’ QR code and recognize it, things just get worse. Bulbs themselves are inexpensive, but that’s the only thing to recommend this setup. App itself is a horror show of poor interface design.
Less frequent these days, but it’s a thing.
