Love it.

Great app that helps me keep organised.

Evernote runs my life!

Susannah George on

I truly don’t know how I would do without it! You’ve guided me through countless lists, 1:1s, midnight musings and challenging conversations. The very, very best app I have. And quite possibly, an amusing Time Capsule in years to come!

Dog slow

ChristopherJECole on

Australia

Since recent updates it has gone so slow to point of being almost unusable. 2nd issue - why are custom templates buried so deep, shouldn’t my custom templates be first up in the selection process. Also have to close app and reopen to allow my templates to work.

So slow on mobile barely useable

Rapid improvement!

After a bit of a stale period, Evernote is lifting it's game again. Feels solid, AI search will be a critical feature and looking forward to all the continued incremental improvements.. Transcription is amazing

New features every week

HSpallek on

Australia

Great, each week there is a new feature nobody likes but you can be assured it breaks something that has worked for years. Who is in charge at Evernote?

Not worth the price hike

I like Evernote and have been on a paid subscription for a number of years as it makes my life easier. However, the value proposition no longer stacks up for me after the recent price increase (it almost doubled!!). I will be transferring to a free or cheaper solution before my next payment is due.

Brilliant app for ADHDers

I have relied on Evernote almost from the beginning it was launched. I don’t use it as often as I should. Having videos that are easy to find and cover the different ways that Evernote can help you organise your life would be good. I have short-term memory problems and need to see things several times to sync in. I love this app but I know that I can use realise it more as I get older especially. I’m 65 now. I’ve used Evernote is so long I can’t remember when I started. Is particularly good for those studying and doing research. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Evernote when studying. It keeps everything in one place Plus you have the calendar. So if you could look at these things and incorporate AI into the functions so that it helps organise you, people wouldn’t have to go to other apps to do those functions. I’d rather just use Evernote.

Brilliant note taking app

Back on top - then slipping

Updated review: Evernote seems to be getting back on it’s game with better speed and stability. New features being added now seem useful rather than glittery. Still up there as my choice for keeping notes however it’s not yet back to the five stars it used to be. Updated review: The latest versions and updates have felt clunky and performed at a fairly mediocre level. The updates have been improving version 8 however not enough. My biggest gripe is the lack of reliability and predictability. When I open the app I don't know it it's going to behave and I don't know if I'll be able to use it to the full extent of my expectations. Evernote is still my choice but for the first time since swapping to it many years ago I have started to investigate what other options are out there. Previous review: After a year of slipping from great to good (imo), Evernote is back with greater stability, a better extension and snappier operation. Very happy to see one of my most used apps in the lead again.
