Very slowly app
Cons: The app works very slowly. It's approximately six times slower than other online banks. There is no online chat support. I hope the developers will fix it. Pros: Thanks for functioning somewhat like a regular bank.

Unusable
Cannot apply for a credit card in the app? App loads for 10 seconds? Cannot use our app on 2 phones at the same time? Let’s fix that? No. Let’s ask for the city where you were born - it is so secure and hard to find information. And let make you unable to paste the city from the clipboard because it is so secure to not let you use the clipboard. We are the only app in the world that does it. We are so smart! Go back to your village, developers!
FAB rewards and loyalty program
Приложение глючит. Баллы Etihad Guest Miles пропадают сами собой. Баллы за использование кредитной карты тоже пропадают. Контролируйте баланс!
Bug
Three attempts to log into my account were unsuccessful. The application shuts down when the OTP code is entered. I was never able to log in to my account.
Problem with I’d card
Не сканируется чип на I’d card. У меня айфон. Что делать !? Не могу открыть счет. The chip on id card is not scanned. I have an iPhone. What to do? Can’t open an account.
FAB App
The following I noticed: Positive 1. Easy to open account via app having UAE residency only. No need to go into the Branch. , however better to do so. 2. Flexible plans which might cover almost all your needs. Negative 1. App is too often is closed on maintenance. Almost every day. 2. Impossible to use on the phone without cameras, having touch ID only. Or at least I could not do do. 3. App has long loading time until you get into home window.
My money was disappeared, fab don’t respond

SLOW APP
Cmon, the app is loading like 30 seconds? Seriously? Do you outsource the development? Also, most of the things are web view... Also, could you please consider making desktop online banking confirmation through SMS and not through swipe in the app which loads ages?
