ALWAYS UNDER MAINTENANCE

THEY DONT LET YOU KNOW BEFORE PUTTING THE APP UNDER MAINTENANCE SO NOW I CANT HAVE ACCESS TO MY SAVING ACCOUNT TO GO TO WORK !!!!!! DONT TRUST THIS BANK THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

I called the customer service from a landline and provided all the details they asked me for and then they ask me how they can assist me when I asked about my debit card replacement he told me you can do that via the app it self and when I was checking with him the steps that is not what I have in the app, i’ve asked him to help me out order a new debit card he said he can’t as I have to call from my registered mobile number and go to the green customer service team in order for them to help me out what an amazing service after I provide my full details and if he made the purchase when you will receive the card you have to present the ID the the delivery guy in order for him to complete the delivery the agent also ask me to send you a screenshots I did 2 days back and yesterday I filed a complaint but still no one have reached out to me like no one cares about customers. Very bad customer service.

Didn’t face major issues so far. When will the dark mode be implemented? It’s always unpleasant to use this app when in the dark
