Piano settimanale 5+2: Durante la settimana, mangia normalmente per 5 giorni e scegli altri 2 giorni per avere un po' di controllo. Le donne assumono 500 calorie e gli uomini 600 calorie nei giorni di digiuno. Puoi scegliere di assumerle tutte in una volta, ma è meglio dividerle in due pasti: 250 calorie per la colazione e 350 calorie per la cena. Può essere svolto a lungo termine, trasformandolo gradualmente in uno stile di vita sano.
Il piano di digiuno 16-8 è il più popolare per la perdita di peso. Con un periodo di digiuno di 16 ore, il tuo corpo si abituerà gradualmente al digiuno.
